Return & Exchange
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. This means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 333 4868618 to initiate the process. Once your return is approved, you will need to send the item to our address at 189 Block F, Usman Park, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Lahore, 54000, Pakistan. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable: digital goods like mobile top-up cards, all swimwear and underwear, products shipped from overseas, items delivered with a signed delivery confirmation, and bikes or cars. Returns are also not accepted for perishable goods, customized or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, items on sale, and gift cards.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item according to our return policy and place a separate order for the new item.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us on WhatsApp.
